I keep RMC radio on repeat — or Dalida.

What clothes feel like second skin to you?
A cashmere sweater.

Last thing you read or watched that stayed with you?
Incendies by Denis Villeneuve. In the film’s final line, everything suddenly makes sense.

The sculptures of François-Xavier Lalanne and his wife Claude Lalanne. Their work is deeply moving.

My son’s rugby tackles. He’s eight years

Books and tableware.

The langoustine tail stew at Ithurria in Ainhoa, in the French Basque Country — absolutely unforgettable.

Scotland, for its vast landscapes, forests, and scenery.

Traveling and discovering the world with my family.

What’s unfinished in your life right now?
Mastering time. I’m constantly chasing it.

Writing another book. I published my first one twenty years ago (Nature in 52 Bouquets), and I’ve started the second, but I still haven’t found the time to devote to it the way I’d like.
