We deliver our products to mainland France, European Union countries, Switzerland, Great Britain, as well as Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Order preparation times can range from 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not prepared on weekends and public holidays.
National orders
Orders in mainland France are shipped via COLISSIMO and we offer free standard delivery with an estimated delivery time of between 2 and 3 working days, from the dispatch of your order.
For fastest delivery, we recommend providing the details of an address where you are present during the day, or ensuring that someone can receive your package for you.
COLISSIMO delivers from Monday to Saturday.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for late delivery.
International orders
Orders within the European Union are shipped via DHL, and we offer free shipping with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination, from the date your order is shipped.
For orders to Switzerland, Great Britain, as well as Dubai and Abu Dhabi, shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility. Orders are shipped via DHL with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days depending on the destination, starting from the date your order is shipped.
Delivery costs are calculated at the time of order validation, based on the delivery address and the chosen transport method.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for late delivery.

For orders within the European Union, you have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to return your items to us.
Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) with the tag attached, and accompanied by their original packaging (pouch, cover and brush).
If we find a non-compliant return, our Customer Service will contact you to inform you that your product will be reshipped to you, at your expense.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer except in the event of a product defect.
We will be responsible for the cost of reshipping your new item.
The amount originally paid for the returned item will be applied to the new item requested in exchange.
Two situations can arise:
- If the item price is higher, the price difference will be charged to your original payment method
- If the item price is lower, the price difference will be credited to the same payment method
Exchanges are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the item.

We do not accept exchanges for orders from countries outside the European Union. All sales are final.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please notify us by contacting us by email at the following address: europe@leret-leret.com
After evaluating the product, if it is confirmed to be damaged, defective or incorrect, we reserve the right to send you a new item or refund you, and we will then cover the return shipping costs.
Reimbursement will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the return by our Customer Service, and automatically to the account associated with the initial payment method.
